* The rapes and GSI were first reported in 2012. However, the Hamilton
County sheriff's office accidentally dropped their investigation when a
detective retired. A detective told the story on Wednesday about how he
heard about the case from the Cincinnati detective, went to the basement
archives for 2012 and couldn't find the case file. But then noticed a
box with the name of the retired detective, in which he found a few
items for the case.
This isn't everything in the record, but I think all the major items.
